9-year-old girl presents with a mild fever and a moderately pruritic rash on her left lower abdo- men. The lesions began 3 days before, with small blisters discharging a clear yellowish fluid. The blisters progressively enlarged despite treatment with a topical antibiotic ointment. She is taking no other medications and her medical history is unremarkable.The most likely diagnosis is
