77-year-old man presents with a several-month history of intense pruritus and a 2-week history of a widespread eruption consisting of multiple tense vesicles and bullae arising on both normal-appearing and erythematous skin. There are no oral mucosal findings. His medical history is relevant for type 2 dia- betes mellitus and hypertension, for which he takes metformin and felodipine, respectively.The most likely diagnosis is 1. Bullous drug eruption 2. Cicatricial pemphigoid 3. Pemphigus vulgaris
4. Epidermolysis bullosa acquisita 5. Bullous pemphigoid
