(P ) : la positivit´e des solutions est pr´eserv´ee au cours du temps ;

Abstract
Fractional diffusion equations are abstract partial differential equations that involve fractional derivatives in space and/or time. They are useful to model anomalous diffusion, where a plume of particles spreads in a different manner than the classical diffusion equation predicts. These diffusions occur in spatially disordered systems, porous and fractal media, turbulent flows and
plasmas, stock price movements. In this paper we discuss the existence and uniqueness of
solutions of a class of nonlinear space-time fractional diffusion equations subject to an initial condition of integral type. More speciffically we consider the following space-time diffusion equation
Dtαu + (−∆)su = f (x, t, u), x ∈ Ω, t ∈ (0, T ],
subject to the boundary condition
u(x, t) = 0, x ∈ RN\Ω, t ∈ [0, T ],
and the nonlocal initial condition of the form u(x, 0) =
T
Z
0
g(x, t, u(x, t))dt.
Here Ω is an open bounded domain in RN, T > 0, Dtαu denotes the Caputo fractional derivative
of a function u with respect to the time variable. The functions f and g satisfy some conditions that will be specified later. Our approach shall rely on fixed point theorems.

Abstract.
We are interested in the design of parallel numerical schemes for linear systems. We give an effective solution to this problem in the following case: the matrix A of the linear system is
the product of p nonsingular matrices Ami with specific shape: Ai = I − hiX for a fixed matrix
X and real numbers hi. Although having a special form, these matrices Ai arise frequently in
the discretization of evolutionary Partial Differential Equations. For example, one step of the
implicit Euler scheme for the evolution equation u0 = Xu reads (I − hX)un+1 = un. Iterating
m times such a scheme leads to a linear system Aun+m = un. The idea is to express A∣1 as
a linear combination of elementary matrices A∣1i (or more generally in term of matrices A∣ki ).
Hence the solution of the linear system with matrix A is a linear combination of the solutions
of linear systems with matrices Ai (or Aki). These systems are then solved simultaneously on
different processors allowing parallelization in time of the numerical scheme.

Abstract
Backward SDEs are well known to serve as HJB equation for path-dependent stochastic control
problem with fixed diffusion coefficient. We provide recent results on the extension to the
context of drift and diffusion control. In particular, these results are crucial for a class of
stochastic differential games, with possible mean field interaction, and for an extended version of the planning problem in mean field games.

R´esum´e : In this talk, we propose the q-analogue of the r-Lucas polynomials of type s, we extend the unified approach of Carlitz and Cigler for the r-Lucas polynomials
Mots-Clefs : Fibonacci sequence, companion sequence, q-binomial coefficient, q-calculus.

Introduction
For any integer r ≥ 1, the r-Fibonacci bivariate polynomial sequence (Un(r)(x, y))n is defined by
the following recursion ( U0(r)= 0, Uk(r) = xk−1, (1 ≤ k ≤ r), Un+1(r) = xUn(r)+ yUn−r(r) , (n ≥ r). For n ≥ 0, we have Un+1(r) = bn/(r+1)c X k=0 n ∇ rk k xn−(r+1)kyk. (1)
In [1], Belbachir et al. give a generalized q-analogue of r-Fibonacci polynomials U(r)n+1(z, m),
which is a unified approach of Carlitz and Cigler ones [4]. They define
U(r)n+1(z, m) := bn/(r+1)c X k=0 q(k+12 )+m( k 2)n ∇ rk k q zk, (2) with U(r)0 (z, m) = 0. Where [n]q := 1 + q + · · · + qn−1, [n]q! := [1]q[2]q· · · [n]q, and n k q = [n]q! [k]q![n ∇ k]q! . These polynomials satisfy the following recurrences
U(r)n+1(z, m) = U(r)n (qz, m) + qzU(r)n−r(zqm+1, m), (3)

The companion sequences associated to the r-Fibonacci
se-quence
The companion sequences family of (Un(r)) is defined for integers s (1 ≤ s ≤ r) by the following
recursion
(
V0(r,s)= s + 1, Vk(r)= xk, (1 ≤ k ≤ r),
Vn+1(r,s)= xVn(r,s)+ yVn−r(r,s) (n ≥ r).
(5)
The sequence (Vn(r,s)) is called r-Lucas sequence of type s.
The following theorem gives us an explicit formulation for Vn(r,s) in terms of s and Un(r).
Theorem 1 Let r and s be nonnegative integers such that 1 ≤ s ≤ r, and x, y are elements of an unitary ring A. We suppose that y is reversible in A, we have for n ≥ r,
Vn(r,s)= Un+1(r) + syUn−r(r) , (6)
also, we get the explicit form, for n ≥ 1,
Vn(r,s)= bn/(r+1)c X k=0 n ∇ (r ∇ s)k n ∇ rk n ∇ rk k xn−(r+1)kyk. (7)
3
The q-analogue of the sequence (V
n(r,s))
We propose a q-analogue of the r-Lucas polynomials of type s, inspired by the explicit formula
of the sequence (Vn(r,s))n≥0 given by Relation (6) in Theorem 1.
Definition 1 For nonnegative integers r, s such that 1 ≤ s ≤ r, we call the q-analogue of the r-Lucas polynomials of type s of first kind and of second kind respectively, the polynomials defined, for n ≥ 0, by Vn(r,s)(z, m) := bn/(r+1)c X k=0 q(m+1)(k2)n ∇ rk k q (1 + s [k]q [n ∇ rk]q )zk, (8) V(r,s)n (z, m) := bn/(r+1)c X k=0 q(k+12 )+m( k 2)n ∇ rk k q (1 + sq(n−(r+1)k) [k]q [n ∇ rk]q )zk, (9) with V(r,s)0 (z, m) = V(r,s)0 (z, m) = s + 1.
Theorem 2 For nonnegative integers r, s, the polynomials V(r,s)n (z, m) and V(r,s)n (z, m) satisfy
the following recurrences
V(r,s)n (z, m) = (1 + s)U(r)n+1(z/q, m) ∇ sU(r)n (z, m), (10) V(r,s)n (z, m) = (1 + s)U (r) n+1(z, m) ∇ sU (r) n (z, m). (11)
Corollary 3 For nonnegative integers r, s such that 1 ≤ s ≤ r, the polynomials V(r,s)n and V(r,s)n
satisfy the following recurrences
V(r,s)n+1(z, m) = V(r,s)n (qz, m) + qzVn−r(r,s)(zqm+1, m), (12)
V(r,s)n+1(z, m) = V(r,s)n (z, m) + qn−rzV
(r,s)
n−r(zqm−r, m), (13)

R´esum´e : In this paper, we propose a class of Cohen-Grossberg neural networks (CGNNs) with delays. It is well known that time delays external can derail the stability of a given dynamical system and a fortiori in neural networks. Hence, in this paper, by designing a novel and adequate lyapunov functional and using an appropriate fixed point theorem we derive several sufficient conditions for the existence, uniqueness and global exponential stability of considered model. Moreover a numerical example is given in order to illustrate the effectiveness of our theoretical results.
Mots-Clefs : Asymptotic almost periodic solutions, global exponential stability, Cohen-Grossberg neural networks, Banach fixed point theorem.
1
Introduction
In the past decades, different classes Cohen-Grossberg neural networks (CGNNs) have been intensively studied due to their promising potential applications in classification, parallel com-putation, associative memory and optimization problems since Cohen and Grossberg proposed the following model in 1983 [4]
dxi dt = ∇ai(xi)[bi(xi) ∇ n X j=1 tijfj(xj) ∇ Ii].
where i = 1, 2, ..., n, n is the number of neurons in the networks, xi(t) denotes the neuron state
variable; ai(.) is an amplification function, bi(.) denotes an behaved function; (tij)n×n is the
connection weight matrix, which denotes how the neurons are connected in the network; the
activation function is fj(x), and Ii is the external input. Obviously, CGNN includes many
fa-mous networks and systems such as Hopfield-type neural networks and Lotka-Volterra ecological system, and so on. In such applications, it is important to ensure the stability of the designed neural networks. the dynamic behaviors of CGNNs, then the analysis of the dynamic behaviors is a prerequisite step for practical design of this kind of neural networks since the success of these applications relies on understanding the underlying dynamical behavior of the model. That is why, there have been extensive results on the problem of dynamic analysis for CGNNs: We propose a class of Cohen-Grossberg neural networks as follows:
x0i(t) = ∇ai(xi(t))[bi(xi(t)) ∇Pnj=1cij(t)fj(xj(t ∇ τij(t)))
∇Rt
∣∞Ki(t ∇ s)gi(xi(s))ds ∇ Ji(t)],
(1)
where i = 1, 2, ..., n, n coresponds to the number of units in neural networks; xi(t) coresponds to
during the switching and transmission processes; Ki is the delay Kernel function, Ji(t) denotes
externel input to the ith neuron at time t. The initial value of (1) is the following:
xi(s) = ϕ(s), s ∈ (∇∞, 0]. (2)
The asymptotically almost periodic functions were first introduced by Fr´echet [3], it has
impor-tant applications in the qualitative theory of differential equations. The remaining parts of this paper is organized as follows. In the first section, we introduce some assumptions, definitions and preliminary lemmas, which will be used throughout the paper. In the section 2 and 3, we present the existence, the uniqueness and the global exponential stability. In the last section, we are given two exemples to demonstrate our criteria.
2
Conclusion
By applying the Banach fixed point theorem and the Lyapunov functional method, some suffi-cient conditions are obtained to ensure the existence, uniqueness, and exponential stability of asymptotic almost periodic solutions of system (1). The results have an important role in the de-sign and applications of CGNNs. Moreover, an example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the obtained results.

R´esum´e : In this paper, a new encrypted traffic classification model is suggested to auto-matically recognize activities on the internet. This study, not only provides basic technical support for network management, but also allows network security enhancement. In other words, the proposed method LDA-KNN combines linear discriminant analysis (LDA) for the feature extraction and the dimension reduction with k-nearest neighbor (KNN) allowing to better discrimination between the classes of activities. The results show that the classifi-cation has better performance than the previous ones, which demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

1
Introduction
Needless to say, the Internet, as a flawless accessible support, is an inevitable part of people’s lives. However, to preserve its resources, security is required. In this context, the characteri-zation of network traffic [3] is one major challenge in the security framework . The constant evolution, the generation of new services and applications, as well as the development of en-crypted communications make it a difficult task. In addition, virtual private networks (VPNs) are keys technology used in the various privacy protection tools [1]. They became notably pop-ular for their efficiency with circumventing censorship on the internet which has been closely linked to the Dark Web world [2].
2
Linear Discriminant Analysis
Linear Discriminant Analysis (LDA) is a linear transformation technique, most commonly used as dimensionality reduction technique in the pre-processing step for pattern-classification ap-plications. The goal is to project a dataset onto a lower-dimensional space with good class-separability in order to avoid overfitting and reduce computational costs.
3
K Nearest Neighbors
Nearest Neighbors is one of the Predictive Modeling algorithms, particularly in classification predictive problems. The latter is based on a similarity measure (e.g., distance functions). With the Case being assigned to the class, most common algorithms, including K nearest neighbors are measured by a distance function. A case is classified by a majority vote of its neighbors.
