REFUND POLICY: All cancellations must be received in writing and postmarked no later than 2 weeks prior to the applicable event. Phone cancellations will not be accepted. Return requests should be faxed to 707-878- 9100
A $50.00 (per person) processing fee will be deducted from all refunds. No refunds will be issued for
cancellations received after the deadline. After this date, vouchers will be issued for attendance at next year’s conference or workshop.
