• Stickiness results produced by instruments may

serve various goals

• At this point, concerning the stickiness testing,

these goals are at least:

– Research – Business

• In consequence, we may observe various ways of

using the provided data

• H2SD is categorizing the sticky points as “small”,

“medium” and “large” sticky points, along with a “total number of sticky points.

• Commercial practices may vary from the

research one, as it can be observed that

indicators of stickiness can be built with part or all these size categories.
