Agence Nationale de l’Habitat (ANAH) :
L'Anah est un établissement public d’État créé en 1971.
Elle a pour mission de mettre en oeuvre la politique nationale de développement et d’amélioration du parc de logements privés existants. Pour atteindre cet objectif, elle encourage l'exécution de travaux en accordant des subventions aux propriétaires occupants, aux propriétaires bailleurs de logements locatifs et aux copropriétaires. Sa vocation sociale l'amène à se concentrer sur les publics les plus modestes.
Maîtrise d’Oeuvre Urbaine et Sociale (MOUS) : Dispositif technique, financier et social qui a pour objet de permettre le traitement de l’insalubrité par une équipe spécialisée sur une échelle géographique définie : le département.
Habiter Mieux : Programme de mise en place des investissements d’avenir pour la rénovation thermique des logements énergivores (propriétaires occupants modestes).
Programme d’Intérêt Général : Programme d’action visant à améliorer des ensembles d’immeubles ou de logements approuvé par le Préfet du département ou le délégataire.
