Des acteurs de plus en plus nombreux et de plus en variés se mêlent du devenir de notre système de santé. La voix des étudiants, comme celle des patients, ont gagné ces dernières années en importance. Les sujets de questionnement sont nombreux : à propos de l’accès et de la répartition sur le territoire des professionnels, de leurs modes d’exercice, des connaissances et compétences attendues par les patients, des mutations du modèle socio-sanitaire, des changements induits par les technologies traitant les données de santé, des inégalités sociales induites ou reproduites par l’institution de la santé, de l’émergence de nouveaux acteurs et de nouveaux savoirs, etc.
Le Congrès s’interrogera sur la place et le rôle que peuvent jouer les Humanités et les Sciences Sociales dans ces questionnements qui concernent aussi bien la formation que le soin et la recherche en santé. Les études de santé sont notamment à la veille de transformations d’ampleur : fin de la première année commune aux études en santé, du numerus clausus, des épreuves classantes nationales informatisées, mise en place de l’universitarisation des filières de sciences infirmières, etc. Quelle sera la place des sciences humaines et sociales en santé et des humanités médicales, qui sont inscrites dans le cursus depuis les années 1990 ? Quels peuvent être leurs apports aux compétences cliniques, aux ressources critiques, aux innovations pédagogiques ?
Les réformes des études de santé accompagnent des discours et des pratiques qui se réclament de changements sociaux et institutionnels plus profonds, et qui, pour certains, sont déjà entamés voire achevés, quand d’autres sont seulement anticipés ou
« promis ». Sur le terrain des lieux de soin, des laboratoires, des facultés, des réseaux sociaux, des arts et de la création, quels problèmes, quels rôles, quels défis s’offrent à l’exploration interdisciplinaire des humanités médicales ?
Le colloque s’adresse à toute personne concernée par les formations en santé, tant enseignants qu’enseignés, et impliquée dans les multiples champs de la recherche en sciences humaines et sociales en santé.
Les thématiques suivantes, sans être exhaustives ou limitatives, seront particulièrement abordées :
La diversité des courants et des pratiques des humanités en santé ;
Les humanités médicales et les institutions de soin ;
Les humanités médicales et les technologies (médicaments, diagnostics, base de données) ;
Les humanités et les spécialités médicales (médecine générale, psychiatrie, gériatrie, médecine interne, etc.) ;
Les humanités médicales et les arts (théâtre, cinéma, danse, littérature, etc.) ;
Les humanités médicales 2.0 ;
Les sciences humaines et sociales dans la formation médicale (réforme du premier cycle, réforme du second cycle) et dans les filières paramédicales ;
Les humanités médicales et la place des patients dans la formation ;
L’enseignement des humanités médicales à l’étranger.
Soumission
Les propositions d’intervention et de session seront à déposer sur la plateforme : https://colhum2019.sciencesconf.org/
Les propositions d’intervention (20 minutes suivies de 10 minutes de discussion) et de session devront comporter un titre, un résumé de 300 mots maximum, quelques mots-clés, le rattachement institutionnel et les adresses postale et électronique du ou des auteurs.

CALL FOR PAPERS
Various stakeholders are now interfering with the future of our health system. The input of students, as well as of patients, became increasingly important these last few years. A lot of questioning topics are emerging : about the access to the health care system, about the dispatching of professionals on the territory, about their practice mode, about their knowledge and skills expected by patients, about the changes of the social and health-care models, about the medical changes induced by new technologies and big data, about the social inequalities induced or repeated by the health institutions, etc.
We will examine the place and the role played by humanities and social sciences in these questionings which affect the training as well as care and research in health.
Medical education is more specifically about to see changes of a certain extent: the end of the common first year for health studies, the end of the numerus clausus, of national classifying computerized tests, the implementation of the university research and education in nursing, etc. What role will have human and social sciences and medical humanities in all these ongoing revolutions ? What are their inputs to clinical skills, to critical resources, to innovative teaching methods?
The health studies reform goes with rhetoric and practices which call on deeper social and institutional changes, that, for some of them, have already started, and perhaps are even completed, when others are only expected or “promised”. Regarding healthcare settings, labs, faculties, social networks, arts and creation, what issues, what roles, what challenges come up with the interdisciplinary exploration of medical humanities?
The conference is for any person involved in health education, as a teacher or as a student, and immersed in the multiple research fields in social and human sciences in health.
The following topics, without being complete or restrictive, will be discussed specifically:
The variety of research and pedagogical methods in health humanities;
Medical humanities and healthcare institutions;
Medical humanities and technologies (medicines, diagnoses, databases);
Medical humanities and specialties (general medicine, psychiatry, geriatrics, internal medicine, etc.);
Medical humanities 2.0;
Medical humanities and arts (theater, movies, dance, literature, etc.);
Medical humanities in medical training (reform of the first cycle, reform of the second cycle);
Medical humanities and the role of the patients in medical education;
Teaching medical humanities abroad.

The proposals for talks (20 minutes followed by 10 minutes of discussion) and session must have for each presentation a summary of maximum 300 words, key-words, a short biography mentioning the institutional attachment and the mailing and email addresses.
