Preface

This volume contains research papers presented at JERI’2019: 3rd Edition of the National Study Day on Computer Research held on April 16, 2019 in Saida, Al- geria. JERI’2019 is an annual meeting whose main objective is to bring together scientists from different areas of computer research and aims to create a forum for further discussion and collaboration between various research communities related to computer science .

This year JERI attracted 70 submissions from over 22 institutions of higher education and scientific research in Algeria. The Programm

Committee included 58 researchers from Algeria and abroad. The PC selected 12 papers in a rigorous reviewing process. Each submission was reviewed by at least 2, and on the average 2.1.

The program also includes 1 invited talks, in this regard , we would like to express our warmest thanks to professor Salim Chikhi (MISC Laboratory, Computer science department ,ICT faculty,University of Constantine2).

We would also like to acknowledge invaluable help of: the Programme Com- mittee Members for ensuring the quality of the scientific program, the Organizing Committee, the University of Saida -Dr.Moulay Taher-, and the GeCoDe Labo- ratory for providing all the needed support. We thank the authors who submitted their works to JERI’2019.

Last but not least, we thank the EasyChair Team for making available their conference management system to JERI’2019.
