Résumé.

-

Abstract.

-

The anodic behaviour of Co, Ni and In in alkaline solutions is studied by ellip- sometry, from the initial stage of oxygen adsorption, up to the growth of films of more than ten monolayers. A three layers mode1 is used for computations. The thickness of oxide increases with the potential. The linearity of the relationship between the A parameter and the thickness prooves that the composition of layer remains constant, up to about ten monolayers. When the anodic potential rises up to upper values, the optical properties of oxides change. The role of the nature of electrolyte is also studied.
