Abstract

This study aims to detect the effect of different cycles of biorhythm on athletic achievement, by analyzing the physical, psychological and mental biorhythms of 95 sprinters category (100m, senior  males)

After analyzing of different cycles of biorhythm among the sprinters using computer programs specializing in this, and match it with their world records dates, we extracted the following results

The physical and psychological biorhythm affects performance of the sprinters (100m) and the best results were achieved in the positive phase of each cycle

The mental biorhythm don't affects performance of the sprinters (100m).

The impact of biorhythm cycles on athletic performance varies from sport to another. Keywords: biorhythm , Athletic performance , world records.

Cette étude vise à détecter l'effet des différents cycles de biorythme sur la performance sportive, en analysant les biorythmes physiques, psychologiques et mentaux de 95 sprinters catégorie (100m, hauts hommes).

Après avoir analysé les différents cycles de biorythme chez les athlètes, en utilisant des programmes informatiques spécialisés dans ce domaine, nous avons extrait les résultats suivants:

Le biorythme physique et psychologique affecte la performance chez les athlètes (100m), et les meilleurs résultats ont été obtenus dans la phase positive de chaque cycle. Le biorythme mentale ne touche pas la performance chez les athlètes (100m). L'impact des cycles de biorythme sur la performance sportive est varié de sport à l'autre.
