: . 60 Summary:The present study aimed to design and build a grid observation and evaluation.teaching practices of a professor of physical education and sports in the different educational levels in Algeria, the researcher backs to previous studies that focused on the assessment of teaching practices for teachers in general, studies that focused on the assessment of teaching practices to professor of physical education and sports in particular, as Check researcher on the literature on the subject of effective teaching skills, in addition to the previous cards used by a researcher at the master's and doctoral degrees, where he developed the original grid observation with some modifications, and based on that have been identified for basic card performance skills, which have been distributed to four areas: planning, implementation, management and evaluation grade. It has identified the researcher teaching skills for each of the four areas of the card, where it was drafted in a procedural indicators . applied on a sample of 60 professors from gender divided on some averages and high schools of the various educational districts Provinces of Chlef, Relizane, The results yielded validity and reliability coefficients very acceptable make grid observation and evaluation teaching practices a good tool by opinion researcher will disclose the true level of actual reality of the
course of the teaching process.
