Responsable administratif et financier Objectifs :
Le responsable administratif et financier a en charge toutes les fonctions liées à l’administration, la gestion et l’organisation de l’entreprise au quotidien. Il cumule bien souvent les fonctions
administratives, financières et peut aussi traiter le social au sein des PME-PMI.
Le responsable administratif et financier est une fonction transversale de l’entreprise. Il peut être rattaché à la direction administrative, à la direction financière et/ou à la direction des Ressources Humaines.
Ses fonctions s’étendent de la définition, du fonctionnement et de l’optimisation des processus de gestion de l’entreprise dans un souci d’efficacité et de rentabilité des activités.
Il est amené à superviser la gestion administrative et financière.
Le rôle de responsable administratif et financier l’amène à définir les procédures, les ressources et les moyens de fonctionnement des activités. Il établit également un suivi assidu grâce auxtableaux de bord. Il peut alors exercer une fonction de contrôleur de gestion.
De l’élaboration de budget prévisionnel, du suivi des résultats financiers et structurels au contrôle de gestion, la comptabilité et la gestion financière et fiscale sont au coeur de ses compétences.
Il doit également prendre en compte les choix stratégiques et veiller à la réglementation en vigueur dans ses fonctions. Les aspects social, légal et règlementaire ont un fort impact sur ses décisions et il doit en maitriser les conséquences sur le capital humain et financier de l’entreprise.
Les secteurs d’activité sont plurivalents : entreprises de type PME ou grandes entreprises, pour des responsabilités en termes de gestion proches de la direction générale ou d’une direction de service administratif et financier. La fonction peut aussi correspondre à des entreprises de petite taille, pour assurer toute la gestion administrative et financière de l’entreprise, pouvant inclure le social. La fonction s’applique également aux cabinets d’expertise comptable pour la gestion d’une clientèle d’entreprises.
Le (la) titulaire est capable de :
Analyser les différentes composantes de la politique de gestion des ressources humaines pour le traduire en termes de management
Maîtriser les dispositions juridiques, comptables et financières d'une entreprise Maîtriser les composantes budgétaires et financières de l'entreprise
Maitriser, traiter et comprendre l'enjeu fiscal de l'entreprise Programme :
