Résumé Le lymphangiome mammaire est une lésion très rare. Seuls quelques cas sont docu- mentés dans la littérature. Nous rapportons une observation de lymphangiome à localisation mammaire chez une patiente de 69 ans, découvert par un nodule palpable du sein, mesurant 1,5 cm. Une exérèse chirurgicale était réalisée. L’examen anatomopathologique objectivait un lymphangiome mammaire. Aucune récidive n’était notée. Moins de 20 cas de lymphangiome mammaire sont rapportés dans la littérature, avec un seul cas chez une femme africaine.
L’exérèse chirurgicale est la meilleure modalité thérapeutique.

Summary Breast lymphangioma is a rare lesion. Only a few cases are documented in the literature. We report an observation of breast lymphangioma location in one patient of 69 years, discovered by a palpable breast nodule measuring 1.5 cm. A surgical excision was performed.
The pathological examination diagnosed a breast lymphangioma. No recurrence was noted. Less than 20 cases of breast lymphangioma are reported in the literature, with only one case in an African woman. The surgery is the best therapeutic modality.

Introduction
Le lymphangiome est une tumeur exceptionnellement localisée au sein. Il s’agit d’une dilatation des canaux lymphatiques bordés par un endothélium. Nous avons recensé 19 cas publiés dans la littérature [1—19]. Cette tumeur bénigne pose un problème de diagnostic différentiel avec le cancer du sein.
