BILINGUAL ANALYST, OFFICIAL LANGUAGES UNIT Full‐time, permanent position
Current annual salary range: $62,634–$87,554, dependent upon experience and qualifications
The bilingual Analyst provides analysis, project management, and day‐to‐day operational support for the Official Languages Unit at the Council of Ministers of Education, Canada.
The successful candidate will coordinate multiple projects and maintain working relationships with senior officials in provincial, territorial, and federal government ministries/departments to support a range of projects related to Canada’s official languages, such as the language‐learning and exchange programs (i.e., Odyssey, Explore, and Destination Clic).

Key qualifications:
Superior communication skills in both French and English (spoken and written) to prepare a variety of complex documents (such as reports, communications materials, and briefings) and to verbally present updates and recommendations at meetings
University degree with specialization in education, social sciences, or a relevant discipline is preferred
At least two years of experience (typically gained through work at related organizations or government institutions)
Exceptionally detail‐oriented, with strong organizational skills and the ability to meet critical deadlines (project‐management experience is desirable)
Highly collaborative, with strong interpersonal and networking skills to develop key contacts across Canada (needed to acquire and share information)
Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities (e.g., work plans and progress reports)
Knowledge of Canada’s education systems
