RESOLUTION 406

DATE AND SITE OF THE TWENTY-FOURTH REGULAR MEETING OF THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

The EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE, at its Twenty-third Regular Meeting,

HAVING SEEN:

Document IICA/CE/Doc.438(03), "Date and Site of the Twenty-fourth Regular Meeting of the Executive Committee,"

CONSIDERING:

That it is necessary to set the date and site of the Twenty-fourth Regular Meeting of the Executive Committee;

That, pursuant to Article 22 of its Rules of Procedure, the Executive Committee must hold one regular meeting annually;

That, in accordance with Article 25 of those Rules, if no site is offered by one of the Member States to hold the meeting in another country, the meeting will be held at IICA Headquarters,

RESOLVES:

1. To hold the Twenty-fourth Regular Meeting of the Executive Committee at IICA Headquarters in San Jose, Costa Rica.

2. To instruct the Director General to issue the call to meeting to the Member States to participate in the Twenty-fourth Regular Meeting of the Executive Committee, in accordance with the rules currently in effect.
