High-pressure spray led to erosion of the CFRP, low pressures: continuous tin coatings deposited; Component C lightning tests indicate that the cold sprayed tin can provide protection to the CFRP;

Mixing tin with zinc or copper strongly increased DE. Cold Spray and Biodegradable Stent Design (Chu Frattolin, Barua)
