It should be noted t h a t this method does n o t determine whether a m a t e r i a l w i l l waterproof a wall; i t a purpose i s t o oompare t h e waterproofing e f f e o t i v a n e ~ s of ap r o p r i e t a r y m a t e r i a l w i t h p o r t l a n d oernent paate brushed on a w e t t e d wall.
