PROPOSAL OP THE UNITED STATES DELEGATION FOR AMENDMENT OF DRAFT AGREEMENT WITH UNESCO
The United States Delegation proposes the deletion of paragraphs 1 , 2 and 3 of Article I I I and the substitution of the following
paragraphs:
1. Appropriate arrangements shall he made by agreements betvïeen the Directors General of the World Health Organization and the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization for co-operation in matters of common interest.
2» Joint committees may be established by agreements approved by the Executive Board of eaoh organization.
