EB7.R27 Acceptance of Gifts or Bequests on behalf of the Organization The Executive Board

RESOLVES that, pending the adoption by the Fourth World Health Assembly of revised Financial Regulations, gifts or bequests offered to the Organization, whether or not in cash, may be provisionally accepted by the Director-General subject to the provisions of Article 57 of the Constitution.
