d’ap-prentissages pouvant être développées et améliorées, le capital
émotion-nel doit être considéré comme un réel capital — comme l’investissement
en compétences techniques renvoie au capital humain — dans lequel les
individus, les institutions, et la société peuvent et doivent investir étant
donné ses retombées à la fois personnelles, professionnelles,
organisation-nelles et sur la société. Cependant, cela nécessite que les compétences
émotionnelles soient explicitement reconnues comme produites et
déve-loppées via l’éducation, que les filles comme les garçons reçoivent une
éducation équitable et qu’à terme toutes les compétences émotionnelles
(personnelles et sociales) mobilisées dans l’emploi soient l’objet de
recon-naissances et de rémunérations justes afin de faire du capital émotionnel
un réel atout personnel, professionnel, social et organisationnel.
