8. Conclusion générale et perspectives

8.2. Perspectives

Suite aux résultats obtenus dans ce travail, plusieurs autres études peuvent encore être envisagées dans le futur. En premier lieu des cycles d’adsorption-désorption permettraient d’évaluer « la durée de vie » des zéolithes. Ces données seraient nécessaires afin d’étudier la performance de la zéolithe ZSM-12.

Une autre direction à envisager serait d’incorporer d’autres constituants gazeux (CO2,

méthane, les NOx ou la vapeur d’eau) présents dans les gaz d’échappement d’un moteur au

démarrage à froid. Une telle étude permettrait de se rapprocher d’une composition réelle de celle des gaz d’échappement et de voir l’impact de chacun expérimentalement sur le processus d’adsorption et de désorption.

Enfin une étude numérique serait intéressante apr s l’ajout d’autres gaz dans le mélange gazeux à adsor er pour voir l’effet des autres adsor ats sur les valeurs des énergies d’activation.
