3.7. Evaluation de la dispersion pour d’autres organismes souterrains
Assez intuitivement, une autre piste de recherche consisterait à évaluer le niveau de dispersion d’autres espèces souterraines. Pour l’instant, les patrons observés chez P. walteri dans ce contexte de rivière ne permettent pas de proposer de généralisation sur une grande capacité de dispersion de tous les organismes souterrains. Des marqueurs microsatellites ont récemment été développés pour des Syncarides Parabathynellidae (Asmyhr et al. 2012), et des marqueurs pour l’amphipode Niphargus rhenorhodanensis sont actuellement disponibles au laboratoire sous forme de banque de séquences microsatellites. Ces derniers pourraient être développés et utilisés dans le même plan d’échantillonnage, puisque Niphargus rhenorhodanensis est présent sur l’aire d’étude de ce travail.
