À la différence d’autres modèles, le modèle proposé intègre d’importants paramètres
d’enroulement dans le calcul des données géométriques des dômes (angles et épaisseurs)
et est capable de gérer des enroulements non-géodésiques à partir de la détermination du
coefficient de glissement statique λ
s.
Les résultats des simulations ont été présentés et comparés à l’expérience. Ces
com-paraisons ont montré (i) l’importance de la non-géodésie des paramètres procédés ainsi
que de leur contrôle sur les prédictions et (ii) qu’une corrélation entre prédictions et
ex-périences était possible, rendant possible l’utilisation du modèle à des fins d’optimisation
(automatisation de l’optimisation) et pour étudier le comportement mécanique du
réser-voir.
Enfin, dans un but d’élargir encore les possibilités du modèle, plusieurs pistes
d’amé-lioration pourraient être étudiées à l’avenir, parmi elles :
– la gestion des recouvrements via la création de zones de cavité d’épaisseurs non
nulles pour lever la limitation sur l’utilisation d’angles croissants et d’épaisseurs
nulles aux arrêts d’enroulement ;
