1. Density of road (spatial road density): is computed by dividing the total length of road
network by the area of the country.2. Per capita road length : is computed by dividing the total length of the road network
by the number of population.
3. Per Capita road expenditure: is computed by dividing the total road expenditure by the
number of population.
4. Road expenditure per length of classified network : Total road expenditure expressed as a percentage of total length of classified road network.
