du hromophore .
La dynamiquedu hromophoreà l'étatex ité dansEosFP apparaît beau oupplussensible à la
présen e delamolé ule d'eau.
L'étude détailléedeladynamiqueà l'étatex iténousapermisd'identier une surfa ed'énergie
omplexe omportant des ongurations partiellement twistées, qualiéesd'étatsnoirs.
Nous obtenons une estimation du rendement quantique etdu temps de vie de uores en e par
deux méthodes diérentes.
D'unepartnousavonsee tuéuneintégrationdire telelongdestraje toires.Grâ eàl'analysede
3traje toiresparti ulièrespar etteméthode,nousavonsmontrédes omportementsdynamiques
très diérents du hromophore, ara térisés par des ontributions très diérentes au temps de

D'autre part, nous avons estimé le rendement quantique et le temps de vie de uores en e en
établissant un s héma inétique. Les résultats obtenus ont un ordre de grandeur orre t, sans
reproduire pré isemment les données expérimentales. Tous les résultats sont rappelés dans le

Sur la protéine EosFP, nous avons analysé l'impa t d'une molé ule d'eau pro he de l'oxygène
de l'imidazolinone du hromophore sur la dynamique du hromophore d'une part à l'état
fon-damental et d'autre part à l'état ex ité. A l'état fondamental, nous n'avons pas pu mettre en
éviden e le rle de ette molé ule d'eau, que e soit sur le réseau de liaison hydrogène, ou sur
le spe tre d'absorption de EosFP. A l'état ex ité par ontre, les dynamiques réalisées sans la
molé ule d'eau présentent une torsionbeau oupplus rapidedu hromophore.
A partir des dynamiques de l'état ex ité du hromophore de EosFP, nous avons utilisé deux
appro hespour al ulerlerendementquantiquedeuores en eetletempsdeviedeuores en e
delaprotéine.Soitparintégrationdire telelongdestraje toires,soitendénissantunensemble
"d'espè es" à l'état ex ité et à l'état fondamental. Nos deux modèles donnent des résultats en
a ord qualitatifave l'expérien e.
