• Examiner les outils de calcul des coûts existants et convenir d’un modèle de calcul des coûts qui constitue un point de référence pour l’analyse économique des programmes de PCMA. Cela devrait permettre de décrire les coûts de base qu’il faut toujours inclure et d’identifier les coûts supplémentaires à inclure si possible. Ce point de référence devrait pouvoir être adapté à divers contextes et modalités.
• Convenir d’un ensemble de normes minimales pour les indicateurs de coût-efficacité en ce qui concerne les résultats et les produits.
• Produire des lignes directrices et des outils de collecte et d’analyse des données.
• Fournir une formation et un soutien technique aux acteurs du secteur pour l’analyse du rapport coût-efficacité et du rapport coût-efficience.
