Jacques Brault, né à Montréal en 1933. Etudes aux Universités de Montréal. de Paris, de Poitiers et de Harvard. Professeur (Etudes Médiévales) depuis 1960. Auteur de "Mémoire:' un recueil de poèmes; "Alain Grandbois," Collection Poètes d'Aujourd'hui.

Ann H. Diemer, Ph.D., Wayne State University, is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Sociology and Anthropology at the University of Windsor. Her teaching and research are in the areas of the Socio'logy of Education and Religion.

M, L, Distz, Ph.D., Wayne State University, is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Sociology and Anthropology at the University of Wind-sor. She teaches Social Psychology and Deviant Behaviour.

Louis Feldhanvner, an élnthropologist, is now in the process of being fired (with seven other colleagues in the Political Science, Sociology and Anthropology Department) from the faculty of Simon Fraser University. He is now actively involved in the new Community Educational and Re-search Center in Vancouver. "The purpose of the Center is to help meet the real needs of workers, native peoples, the unemployed, women, youth, people welfare, and ail other powerless groups in Canadian Society." Ernest T. Hallberg, Ed.D. Arizona State, is Associate Professor, in the De-partment of Counsellor Education, McGiII Faculty of Education.

Laurier ILaPierre, Ph.D., Associate Professor of History and Director of the Franch Canada Studies Programme, McGiII, is weil known as a broadcaster and author.

Sidney Lecker, M.D., C.M., C.R.C.P.(C). is Director, Mental Assessment and Guidance Clinic, Montreal Children's Hospital and Assistant Psychia-trist, Montreal General Hospital. Dr. Lecker's paper is based on an address delivered to the National Conference of Jewish Communal Services (Mont-real Chapter), December, 1969.

Manoly R. Lupul, is currently professor in the Department of Educational Foundations; University of Alberta, Edmonton. Dr. Lupul's field of specializa-tion is Canadian Educaspecializa-tional History.

Jo Mclntosh, aspiring author and mother of three boys,· speaks for that neglected segment of the education scene - the parents.

David Riesman, of Harvard University is author of the modern classic, The Lonely Crowd (Yale University Press, 1950). Dr. Riesman developed the present paper from an address entitled "The Collision Course of Higher Education," which he gave to the American College Personnel Association in Las Vegas, March, 1969.

Mimi Vaselenak, M.A., is Assistant to the Dean of the Faculty of Education, University of Calgary. She expects a full report of her study on MNM stu-dents to be published later this year by the Canadian Council for Research in Education.

Cecil W. Welch, is a doctoral student in the Department of Counsellor Education, McGill.

Ronald M. Wintrob, M.D., formerly of McGill, is now Assistant Professor of Psychiatry and Assistant Professor of Anthropology (Psychiatry) at the University of Connecticut.
