ont été réalisées sur porcs encroissance-finition,
afin d’étudier les effets de l’introduction d’un alimentcellulosique (son
deblé),
dans une ration à based’orge
et de tour-teau de
soja,
sur lesperformances
de croissance et lacomposition corporelle,
enprésence
ou nonde litière. La réduction de la valeur
énergétique
durégime
de 3 ioo à 2goo kcald’énergie diges-
tible par

parincorporation
de 15 p. 100de son deblé,
chez le Porc nourri selon sonappétit,
se traduit
principalement
par uneaugmentation

RÉSUMÉ
Les déchets de banane constituent un
produit
riche en eau et enminéraux,
mais très pauvreen azote. La
présente
étude nous apermis
de montrerqu’ils peuvent
constituer en paystropical (Guadeloupe)
un aliment pour le Porc en croissance etpeuvent représenter jusqu’à
55 p. 100de la matière sècheingérée.
Lebroyage
et surtout la cuisson améliorent sa valeur alimentaire et même sadigestibilité.
Ladigestibilité
de la matièreorganique
de la banane déterminée par diffé-rence varie de
