traités par REGN2810, un anticorps monoclonal anti-PD-1, pour un carcinome épidermoïde cutané localement avancé ou métastatique (14). Le profil de tolérance était celui attendu. Une étude de phase II est en cours.
Conclusion
Les immunothérapies et les thérapies ciblées ont permis une augmentation considérable des taux de survie des patients atteints d’un mélanome métastatique. Ces chiffres récemment actualisés
sont toutefois à interpréter avec quelques réserves : d’une part, les taux de SG reflètent l’efficacité de tous les traitements successifs entrepris chez un même patient ; d’autre part, il ne faut pas omettre que les patients sélectionnés par les premiers grands essais cliniques ne sont que partiellement représentatifs de nos patients traités en pratique quotidienne. Par ailleurs, de nouvelles stratégies thérapeutiques vont émerger rapidement, mais la multiplication des essais thérapeutiques à venir engendrera probablement une nouvelle problé- matique : celle du choix de l’essai le plus adapté
pour un patient donné. ■
