QU’un addenda B-2 au bail intervenu le 14 avril 1997 entre Clearnet PCS (devenu Telus Mobilité) et la Ville de Pierrefonds, et toujours en vigueur, soit signé afin d’autoriser l’installation de six antennes dont trois additionnelles et l’octroi d’une option additionnelle de prolongation du bail de cinq ans en contrepartie du paiement d’un loyer additionnel de 4 500 $ par année;

THAT an addendum B-2 to the lease intervened on April 14, 1997 between Clearnet PCS (changed for Telus Mobilité) and the City of Pierrefonds, still in force, be signed in order to authorize the installation of six antennas including three new antennas and the granting of an additional option of prolongation of the lease for five years in compensation of a payment of an additional rent of $4,500 per year;

TO APPROVE the addendum attached herewith to the contract binding the Borough to Astral Média Affichage, S.E.C. firm in order to give the company the authorization to:

· install a new structure (A1) east of the intersection of des Sources and de Pierrefonds Boulevards;

· install a tri-vision panel on that structure;

· cancel the installation of structures #6 and #8 granted by the approval of addenda no. 1, adopted at the Borough Council of June 2, 2008;

· proceed with the conversion of a static panel (south face #80512) into a tri- vision type face on the existing structure (A2) located at the intersection of Jacques-Bizard and de Pierrefonds Boulevards.
