RÈGLES DE CALCUL DES DÉRIVÉES
L’application de la définition ( f x - f a f ' a = lim
x - a ) se révèle assez lourde et peu pratique pour calculer rapidement la dérivée d’une fonction f. Vous connaissez déjà les règles permettant de dériver une somme, et le produit d’une fonction par un réel. Dans cette leçon, nous poursuivons l’étude de ces règles.
1. RAPPEL : RÈGLES 1, 2 ET 3
1. La dérivée d'une fonction constante est la fonction nulle : c' = 0.
La dérivée de la fonction identique est la fonction constante 1 : x' = 1.
2. La dérivée de la somme de deux fonctions dérivables est égale à la somme des dérivées de ces deux fonctions : (f + g)' = f ' + g'.
3. La dérivée du produit par un réel d'une fonction dérivable est égale au produit du réel par la dérivée de la fonction : (r . f)' = r . f ' (r ).
2. RÈGLE 4 : DÉRIVÉE D’UN PRODUIT DE DEUX FONCTIONS DÉRIVABLES Soient f et g deux fonctions dérivables en a. Calculons (f . g)‘(a) :
