For sowing dates for rice at the Madagascar sites (DD/MM/YYYY), the transplanting dates were mistakenly reported. The correct sowing dates were as follows:

Pre-germinated seed was sown on 15/11/2009 and 20/11/2010 at Ivory and on 24/11/2009 and 27/11/2010 at Ambohitromby in a seedling nursery and transplanted 15–20 d after sowing.

The authors sincerely apologize for this mistake.

Although the detected QTLs must be confirmed by other approaches, the number of associations linked to candidate genes involved in calcium-mediated ion homeostasis highlights

As a precursor to the present approach, Dingkuhn and Miezan (1995) used RIDEV to dissect day length and thermal response param- eters of flowering for 50 rice varieties grown at

This study aimed at (i) heuristically phenotyping the ORYTAGE indica rice diversity panel using RIDEV V2, thereby considering fitted crop parameter values as genotypic traits;

In this study, only two SNPs with weak but significant signals associated to resistance for P6 were detected ( Table 1 and Fig 2 ), no any SNPs significantly associated resistance

Several genes responsible for the uptake, transport and accumulation of Fe and Zn have been identified in rice, which belong to five known protein families (OsNRAMPs, OsFROs,
