If you want to continue paying through six pre-authorized debits:

NOTE:

You must return the signed fee invoice by mail, without delay, or make an appointment in an SAAQ service centre handling IRP.

Note that IRP fees for other jurisdictions are payable in full at the time of the first debit.

Notify us at once of any change to your banking information (account number or other) by enclosing a voided cheque sample.

Following renewal of the registration of your vehicle(s), you will receive a confirmation of your pre-authorized debits.

IT’S SIMPLE!

Use the same envelope to mail these three items without delay:

1. your IRP fee invoice, signed;

2. the detachable part of the pre-authorized debit agreement, signed;

3. your voided cheque.

You can also make an appointment in an SAAQ service centre handling IRP.

Following renewal of the registration of your vehicle(s), you will receive a confirmation of your pre-authorized debits.

If registration changes are made at your request during the year, we will advise you of any change to your coming debits.

Notify us without delay of any change to your banking information (account number or other).

The Société de l’assurance automobile du Québec

is making available a payment method for renewal of the registration of your vehicle(s): six pre-authorized debits.

This payment method is reserved for owners:

• of vehicles weighing over 3,000 kg;

or

• who paid $15,000 or more in registration fees during the last year;

or

• who are International Registration Plan registrants.

To qualify, you must not have had an overdue account with the SAAQ during the previous two years.

Pre-authorized debits cover:

• Québec registration fees

• the insurance premium and tax on insurance

• any additional contribution and charge

• an administrative fee

• an instalment fee

• a debit payment charge ($4.75 per vehicle).
