Febeliec thanks the CREG for this consultation and for the opportunity offered for giving input on this issue.

Febeliec has no specific comments on the proposal.

In principle, Febeliec would like to underline though that a delay of 10 working days is too short for an in-depth analysis and assessment by our members. We therefore insist on the need to avoid such short consultation periods, and to thoroughly justify them if they are unavoidable in exceptional circumstances, which does not seem to be the case here.
