The receive Theory in modern critic speech Reading in basics, meaning and process.
This study inclands the research process which is improve the reader’s idea and control of text, therefore the receive theory was found as new project for the literature studies more than just a literal theory.
Therefore the impact was huge in changing the results through writing and reading.

This research was divided into two parts after the introduction that was about studying the term “receiving” and it translation in modern Arabic critic.
The first part is about the theory in the foreign from its origins, process and meanings, trying to first the uniqueness of this theory in relation with the text, beside the most important standers controlling it.
The second part is about the theory in the Arabic……from the meaning, the impact and apply, that mean the use of this theory in studies and the reactions of this theory specially if we knew That Arabic studies tried to get into its the most important origins and meang just like (hamid L,ahmidani” and “Med Meftah” did.
In the end of this study we frid a summary of the results. This what rich and give it.
