1. PRÉSENTATION

Après 4050 heures de fonctionnement, l’appareil affiche une clé à molette symbolisant la maintenance à effectuer (voir feuille de l’entretien semestrielle page 18 de la notice d’utilisation).

Lorsque le technicien a terminé ses opérations , il faut faire disparaître la clé à molette de l’é- cran du FermentoLevain par l’accès au mode usine.

Couper la tension au sectionneur « OFF ».

Enlever la porte du coffret électrique et faire un pont entre les bornes 8 et F.

Mettre le sectionneur sur « ON ».

Le menu suivant (barré en rouge) apparaît.

Cliquer sur l’onglet « Maintenance »

Appuyer de façon continue sur le bouton « Acquitter la maintenance ».

Le bouton va passer du orange au vert lorsque l’opération est terminée.

La clé à molette a disparu.

Enlever le pont entre les bornes 8 et F puis refermer le coffret électrique.

Mettre le sectionneur sur « OFF ». Attendre 10s minimum.

Mettre le sectionneur sur « ON ».

Fin de procédure.

1. PRESENTATION

After 4050 hours of operation, the device displays an adjustable wrench symbolizing the maintenance to be performed (see the half-yearly maintenance sheet on page 18 of the operating in- structions).

When the technician has completed his operations, you must remove the wrench from the Fer- mentoLevain screen by entering the factory mode.

Switch off the voltage at the OFF switch.

Remove the electrical box door and put a wire between terminals 8 and F.

Set the disconnect switch to "ON".

The next menu (crossed out in red) appears.

Click on the "Maintenance" tab

Press and hold the "Acknowledge Maintenance" button.

The button will change from orange to green when the operation is complete.

The adjustable wrench has disappeared.

Remove the wire between terminals 8 and F and close the electrical box.

Set the disconnector to "OFF".

Wait 10s minimum.

Set the disconnect switch to "ON".
