Fast Food is normally described as the food that you eat out and you don’t prepare at home whether it is a sandwich, a meal or even a drink. Generally, The USA provides the world with the most popular fast food restaurants like McDonald’s, Wendy’s, Kentucky Fried Chicken and Burger King. They have a strong influence over the global market. By the way, there are plenty of people who love this kind of food all over the world though they know it isn’t as secure and confidential as the food they usually prepare domestically. For instance, more than 75 million Americans eat fast food every day, and this is the highest rate in the world.

People who eat fast food or the so called “junk food” are more vulnerable to suffer from not only obesity and fattiness, but also high cholesterol degree in their blood. Besides, they are the first to have striking heart attacks especially because of high blood pressure.
