Supplementary Figure S2(a): Two Dimensional relationships among the 89 rapeseed accessions revealed by principal component analysis of the DArT marker data set derived genetic similarity. The analysis was performed using the NTSYSpc software package (Rohlf 1998). The pair-wise genetic distance was
