EXPERIENCE:

Responsibilities:

Security coordination

- Providing best practice recommendations for access control

- Implementing and updating physical security plan and get the approval from military authorities.

- Controlling budgets for security operations and monitor expenses - Attend meetings with managers to determine operational needs.

- Coordinate staff when responding to emergencies and alarms.

- Training and supervising security officers and guards

- Manage tracking and escorts missions of all expats on the site and update their location.

- Expats Journey management and Risk Assessment

- Co-ordinate with the Military Authorities and Emergency Services to ensure response in case of Emergency.

- Prepare reports or make presentations on internal investigations, losses, or violations of regulations, policies and procedures.

- Auditing private security companies

- Coordinating with local authorities to get transport authorizations (Coronavirus exception) - Identify, investigate, or resolve security breaches.

- In charge of sensitive equipment authorizations (Cameras, Radio-communication ...) and dangerous chemical products coordination with security services

- In charge of Bunker's dossier (Explosive charges - Wireline)

- Assist the HSE manager to ensure safe work environment, respect of coronavirus prevention measures.

Facility coordination

- Catering service control, daily tracking and monthly report

- Daily base maintenance, supervising repairs and specialized services, internal housekeeping.

- Assist the facility manager in directing internal projects such as moves and construction projects.

Other Tasks

- Help the operation departments to get movement authorization, personnel habilitation.

✓ Ensure the permanent contact with Police or Civil protection in cases of emergency, such as fire or presence of suspicious persons or terrorist attacks …etc.

✓ Supervision of surveillance cameras to monitor interior and exterior Company’s areas, construction sites.

✓ Inspect and adjust security systems, equipment, or machinery to ensure operational use.
