After a follow-up of six months of experimentation, we notice that the behavior of peppermint populations is better in the section where we use sheep manure; the morphological and agronomic characters present a great homogeneity.
The results of the section whether or not to use bouvin manure show a certain heterogeneity between the populations and a weak characterization by certain agronomic characteristics, the peppermint reacts differently to the opinion of the fertilization conditions, namely: origin.
The results showed that the effects are highly significant on the parameters studied this study confirmed that the use of sheep manure is more productive than other treatments Keywords: Mint, manure, compost, organic fertilization, El Bayadh
