Cette circulaire a pour objectif de fournir les points de contact de la Direction Technique de la Direction Générale du Transport Aérien (DGTA).
4. MISE EN OEUVRE
Cette circulaire est applicable à toutes les personnes qui désirent contacter la Direction Technique. Ceci concerne les domaines suivants : la navigabilité et
l’immatriculation/enregistrement des aéronefs,
l’agrément des organismes dans le domaine de la gestion du maintien de la navigabilité (CAMO/CAO), la
maintenance (AMO/CAO), la production (PO) et les licences pour le personnel de certification (PART 66) et les organismes chargé de la formation du personnel de certification (PART 147 MTO).
5. GÉNÉRALITÉS
En annexe 1, vous trouverez les coordonnées des différents points de contact de la Direction Technique.
Veuillez utiliser, de préférence, les adresses E-mail spécifiées par domaine d’activité. Ceci garantira un meilleur service dans le traitement des dossiers ou des questions soumises.
INLEIDING
Deze circulaire heeft als doel de contactpunten binnen de directie Techniek van het Directoraat generaal
Luchtvaart (DGLV), te verduidelijken.
TOEPASSINGSGEBIED
Deze circulaire is van toepassing voor alle personen die contact moeten opnemen met de directie Techniek. Dit betreffende volgende domeinen: de luchtwaardigheid en inschrijving/registratie van luchtvaartuigen, de
bedrijfserkenningen in het domein van permanent luchtwaardigheidsbeheer (CAMO/CAO), onderhoud (AMO/CAO) en productie (PO), en de vergunningen voor certificeringspersoneel (PART 66) en erkenningen voor opleidingsinstituten voor certificeringspersoneel (PART 147 MTO).
ALGEMEENHEDEN
In bijlage 1 kan u de contact gegevens voor de Technische Directie terugvinden.
Gelieve zoveel mogelijk de opgegeven specifieke e-mail adressen te gebruiken per domein. Dit garandeert een betere opvolging van de ingediende dossiers of vragen.

The Technical Directorate is responsible for all Production, Maintenance, Continuing Airworthiness Management and Maintenance Training Organisations, PART 66 licenses and the Airworthiness monitoring of the Belgian registered aircraft.

• issue, change, suspend, limit and revoke certificates;
• review and approve company manuals;
• survey the companies that have obtained a certificate;
• issue, change, renew, suspend, limit and revoke PART 66 licenses;

Airworthiness
The Airworthiness Department is responsible to/for:
•(De-)Registration of aircraft in the Belgian register;
•Issue, suspend, revoke or limit Certificates of Airworthiness in accordance with PART 21 Subpart H or national regulation;
•Issue, suspend, revoke or limit Airworthiness Review Certificates in accordance with PART M/ML;
•Issue Certificates of Airworthiness for Export in accordance with national regulation and the bilateral agreements;
•Approve Maintenance Programs in accordance with PART M/ML or national regulation;
•Issue Permits to Fly in accordance with PART 21 Subpart P or national regulation;
•Issue Noise Certificates in accordance with PART 21 Subpart I;
•Perform oversight on certificates issued thru the ACAM program in accordance with PART M/ML and internal procedures, and ensure the general follow-up of the continuing airworthiness of the Belgian registered aircraft;
