Appendix 2. Semi-structured Questionnaire Intimate Partner Violence (Curriculum developers)

Your candid responses to the following survey will significantly assist us in our attempt to improve physicians’

recognition and management of intimate partner violence-related injuries and illnesses.

Please give us your first, instinctive answer, even if you do not think it is “politically correct.” Do not try to think about what your answers “should” be. All responses will be coded by an identification number only, kept confidentially, and analysed at group level so that no personal information is revealed.

This interview will address issues related to your medical school curriculum contents on Intimate Partner Violence. Please, read the extracted information regarding the nature of module/discipline, teacher, teaching/

learning strategies, evaluation approaches and phase in the curriculum prior to answering the questions.

Some questions may look similar to others. However, we ask you to answer all questions, to ensure the reliability of our assessment.

Thank you for taking the time - estimated at 25 minutes - for this survey.
