Centre de congrès contemporain inauguré en 2001, l’Aula Magna est située dans un environnement propice aux échanges professionnels procurant d’excellentes conditions de travail et de confort. La plupart des lieux sont modulables et permettent des aménagements spécialement adaptés aux conventions d’entreprise, forums, congrès, expositions technologiques ou salons. Ce complexe, doté de nombreux équipements intégrés (éclairage, son, cabines de traduction, vidéo projection, écran géant, etc.) répond aux exigences des grandes conventions d’entreprise, des congrès professionnels ou des rencontres au sommet. En outre, l’Aula Magna a été conçue pour accueillir des spectacles multiples et variés touchant à toutes les disciplines des arts de la scène. La scène d’une taille considérable (380 m²) est dotée d’un très large équipement (perches automatisées, projecteurs, sonorisation, écran, conque acoustique).

Un cinéma c’est aussi un endroit idéal pour accueillir vos événements professionnels.

Situé sur la Grand-Place, en plein centre de Louvain-la- Neuve, le complexe Cinéscope vous propose de louer une de ses salles entièrement équipées. Organisez des événements privés ou professionnels sur mesure alliant plaisir et divertissement dans un cadre agréable et original. En fonction du nombre de participants, sélectionnez la salle la mieux adaptée à vos besoins pour vos séminaires, conférences, fêtes d’entreprise, lancements de produits, soirées publiques ou encore spectacles culturels ou sportifs. Ce bâtiment spacieux est constitué de 13 salles de capacités différentes (de 100 à 500 places).

L’équipe du Cinéscope sera aux petits soins pour vous assister dans l’organisation de votre événement et vous apporter des solutions personnalisées. Présentez votre marque et lancez votre nouvelle campagne de produits en vous offrant tout le confort d’une salle de cinéma. Conviez vos partenaires de travail à une avant- première ou programmez la diffusion sur grand écran d’un classique du cinéma.

Un espace de réception privatif vous permet de prolonger la soirée autour d’un cocktail dinatoire ou d’un verre.

Situé en plein centre du piétonnier, le cinéma se trouve à peine à quelques minutes de la gare et si vous voulez u-y accéder en voiture, un vaste parking de 1050 places est à votre disposition. Les infrastructures sont également entièrement accessibles aux personnes à mobilité réduite.

Cinescope also offers different packages for the organisation of conferences or seminars at very competitive prices. You can hire one of our rooms with a capacity for between 100 and 500 people for conferences, seminars, presentations, or other... Treat your clients to a glamorous evening with an exclusive preview followed by a reception. Cinescope offers you the possibility of hiring theatres for the projection (or not) of a film currently showing or of a preview (for groups upward of 100 people). Cinescope also offers catering packages.

Al eens gedacht aan wat een bioscoop te bieden heeft voor uw bedrijfsevenement ?

Midden in het centrum van Louvain-la-Neuve, op de Grand Place, staat het bioscoopcomplex Cinéscope.

THE HERGÉ MUSEUM

The Hergé Museum in Louvain-la-Neuve invites you on a journey through the life of one of the greatest artists of the twentieth century, offering a comprehensive perspective via thousands of sources from and related to the work of Hergé.

More than 80 original plates, and 800 photographs, documents and objects have been brought together under one roof. The building itself was designed and built within the picturesque green setting of Walloon Brabant, by the architect Christian de Portzamparc: a little like a Grail hidden within a sacred grove!

Hergé was not only Tintin. Graphic designer, caricaturist, cartoonist, illustrator, storyteller – he was a multi-talented artist who was a perfect reflection of the twentieth century.

HERGÉ MUSEUM

Het Hergé Museum ligt in het centrum van een jonge en dynamische stad en verhuurt ruimtes, speciaal ingerichte voor bedrijfsevenementen.
