EM/RC33/R.12 Relations with won-governmental Organizations at Regional and National Levels

The Regional Committee,

Having considered the report on relations with non-governmental organizations at the Regional and national levels;l2

Considering the important role that non-governmental organizations (NGOs) can play in the implementation of Health for All strategies at the Regional and national levels;

REQUESTS the Regional Director:

1. to establish working relations with a selected number of Regional or national NGOs;

2. to develop relations with these NGOs on the basis of plans of work covering approximately two years;

3. to review the experience gained at the end of the period and report thereon to the Regional Committee.
