Resume :
Le système d'information dans l'entreprise est la clè fondamentale parmi les clès de la réussite ou l'échec des activités exerceès par l'entreprise, et cela à travers ce qui contribue au soutien des processus administratifs à tous les niveaux , le système d'information comptable se consière comme une partie importante de ce système, il aide l'administration à faire le plus important de ses fonctions qui sont la planifiction, le contrôle et la prise de dècision , au cours de perception des données aussi que se marcher et transformation en information utile pour les utilisateurs de l'information leur fonctionnementcomptable le
rendement de l'information comptable augmente lorsque certaines
caractéristique deviennent disponibles telles que: la pertinence, la clarté, la neutralité, l'aide à prévoir, la comparabilité.
L'opértion décisionnel se consière une des fonctions principales de l'enterprise manager , et la décision financière est l'une de plus important et le plus dangereux décisions car elle ...principalement l'investissement et financement sont interdépendant entre eux et la réalisation de l'objectif principale pour la fonction financiére présentée dans la maximisation de la valeur marchande de l'entreprise .
En raison de l'importance des décisions financières, elles ont besoin d'une variété d'informations, qui se considérent comme le plus important de l'information comptable permet la rationalisation du processus de sélection parmi les alternatives d'investissement disponibles et les méthodes de financement.

Abstract :
The information system in an organization is a primary key of the keys to the success or failure of its activities and this is through what contributes to its support for administrative processes and at all levels. The accounting information system is an important part of this system, so that it helps the administration to do the most important of its functions mainly in the planning, control and decision-making . This is via data acquisition, operating and turning it into useful information for its personnel. The accounting information becomes more useful when it contains the following set of properties : relevance, clarity, neutrality, aid predictability and comparability.
The process of managerial decision-making is considered as one of the most important basic function of the enterprise management, and the financial decision is one of the most important and most dangerous of these resolutions as it includes both financing and investment decisions that bind and interfere with each other achieving the main goal of the financial function which is that of the maximization of the market value of the enterprise.
Due to the importance of financial decisions they need a variety of information which accounting information is one of the most important, that allows the rationalization of choice process between investment alternatives available and methods of funding them.
