La Ville de Terrebonne, proprietaire, demande des soumissions pour des services professionnels. Le document complet d’appel d’offres et les formules de
soumission pourront etre obtenus par le Systeme electronique d’appel d’offres (SEAO), telephone 1 866 669-7326, a partir du 4 juillet 2012. Les frais pour l'obtention des documents, ainsi que toutes les modalites de paiement, sont fixes par SEAO et payable a ce dernier.
Les soumissions dans des enveloppes identifiees (numero d'appel d'offres et le nom du projet) cachetees et adressees a la soussignee, seront recues a la Ville de
Terrebonne, Direction de l'administration et finances, au 3060, chemin Saint- Charles, Terrebonne, jusqu'a 10h, le 20 juillet 2012, pour etre ouvertes
publiquement, immediatement apres l'expiration du delai fixe pour leur reception.
Les heures d'ouverture de nos bureaux sont de 8h15 a 12h et de 13h a 16h30 du lundi au jeudi et de 8h30 a 12h le vendredi.
A moins d’indication contraire, ces appels d’offres sont assujettis a l’annexe 502.4 de l’Accord sur le commerce interieur (ACI) et lorsqu’applicable a l’Accord de liberalisation des marches publics du Quebec et de l’Ontario (ACCQO) et de l’Accord de liberalisation des marches publics du Quebec et du Nouveau- Brunswick (2008) (AQNB 2008).
La Ville n’encourt aucune responsabilite du fait que les avis ecrits ou documents quelconques vehicules par systeme electronique soient incomplets ou comportent quelque erreur ou omission que ce soit. En consequence, tout soumissionnaire doit s’assurer, avant de soumissionner, d’obtenir tous les documents et tous les addenda le cas echeant, relies a cet appel d’offres.

SA12-1006-PROFESSIONAL SERVICES MULTIDISCIPLINARY TEAM, PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS AND SUPERVISION OF WORK FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE HOUSE OF THE ELDERLY
The City of Terrebonne, owner, request bids for professional services. The full document tender and tender forms can be obtained by the Electronic Tendering (OATS), telephone 669-7326 1866, from July 4, 2012. The fees for obtaining documents, and any payment terms are defined by OATS and payable to the latter.
Tenders in envelopes identified (number of tender and project name) sealed and addressed to the undersigned, will be received at the City of Terrebonne,
Directorate of Administration and Finance, in 3060, chemin Saint-Charles , Terrebonne, until 10, July 20, 2012, to be opened publicly immediately after the deadline set for their receipt. The opening hours of our offices are from 8:15 to 12h and 13h to 16h30 from Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 12pm on Friday.
Unless otherwise noted, these tenders are subject to Annex 502.4 of the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT), and as the Agreement on the Opening of Public
Procurement for Québec and Ontario (ACCQO) and the Agreement on the Opening of Public Procurement for Québec and New Brunswick (2008) (AQNB 2008).
The City does not incur any liability as written notices or documents transmitted by any electronic system are incomplete or contain some error or omission
whatsoever. As a result, any bidder must ensure, before bidding, to obtain all documents and all addenda if any, related to this tender.
