1- Summary
3 heterogeneous groups
- Master MEEF vs Capeps* training
- Trainers vs Students
- Theoretical vs practical knowledge
3 different commitments?
- Master thesis
- Capeps success
- EPS teacher training
Overlapping objectives
- Pre-professionnalization in L3
- Capeps success in M1
- New teacher in M2
4- Analysis and results
3 groups of students and trainers

Temporal logics and different purposes
- Trainers: Job qualification; long time; didactic
finality
- Students: Capeps success; short time;
pedagogy finality
Heterogeneous but complementary knowledge
- Practical knowledge for students
- Academic, disciplinary and professional
knowledge for trainers
- Experiential knowledge role
7- Synthesis and research perspectives
- Sports sciences university: heterogeneous set of trainers (3 groups), diversity of students, plurality of knowledge and training issues including knowledge to be transmitted and to acquire in university training of Sports and physical education teachers in STAPS.
Perspectives:
1) Exceed the disciplinary logic of the trainers and pedagogical students by putting theoretical and disciplinary knowledge into circulation to obtain the Capeps in the short term and engage them in a progressive process of professionalism in the long term, from the L3, articulating knowledge ,
experiences and reflexivity. So research finalized by improving the educational intervention and training devices. 2) Understand the issues of overlapping objectives by involving trainers, students and internship tutors.
3) Create training schemes combining theory/practice and empirical/reflexivity between UFR STAPS, ESPE and schools.
4) Work for a policy of "higher professional education" in education (Wittorski, 2018) through the development of didactic engineering and professional intelligence through practice.
