We’re looking for Inuit stories to inspire hope on the journey to mental wellness.

The Mental Health Commission of Canada (MHCC), in partnership with Inuit Tapirit Kanatami, is looking for a short video submission on your journey. Videos will be selected for use in the Mental Health First Aid-Inuit training and other mental wellness initiatives.
