Preface

This volume contains the papers presented at SePublica2014 (http://sepublica.

mywikipaper.org), the Third International Workshop on Semantic Publishing, held on May 25, 2014 in Anissaras, Crete.

There were 7 submissions. Each submission was reviewed by at least 3, and on the average 3.4, program committee members. The committee decided to accept all of them.

We would like to thank our peer reviewers for carefully reviewing the sub- missions and giving constructive feedback.

This proceedings volume has been generated with EasyChair and ceur-make, which made this task really convenient.
