Abstract: The Need for Comprehensive psychological counselling programs of individuals with special needs.

This Research-Paper provides an overview of the Comprehensive psychological counselling programs of individuals with special needs. Highlighting the concept of this programs and various requirements and characteristics, it focuses on program development, including the needs assessment and description of programs designed to meet specific needs and the problems associated with individuals with special needs.

In addition, the various types of programs, the different stages of the building of the counselling programs (organization, planning, design, implementation and evaluation) and several types of models of evaluation.
